We combine our highly developed knowledge of coastal environmental processes with our strategic planning capabilities to produce innovative but practical coastal, estuary and floodplain management plans. We specialise in options and scenario development and evaluation, cost estimation and multi-criteria assessment for management of coastal processes, community access, ecosystem response, risk management and climate change adaptation.

 

Our plans identify the key issues through robust research and effective stakeholder engagement and provide concise and logically prioritised future actions and directions that successfully address the key issues.

 

Our expertise and experience is reflected in the number of coastal management projects we have completed. These have included all phases of coastal management planning including scoping, detailed studies, risk assessment, business planning, cost/benefit analysis, stakeholder consultation and program development.
